The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has extended the deadline for the KEAM 2026 Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) online option registration. As per the latest notification, candidates can now submit or modify their web options by 7th July 2026. Earlier the option registration facility was till 6th July 2026 till 4:00 PM. The extension provides an additional opportunity for candidates who have not completed their respective option entry process. 

Candidates who have qualified in KEAM 2026 and wish to participate in the first round of counselling must complete their online application process by the extended deadline. No further request will be looked into after the window is closed.

Official Notice: KEAM CAP Date Extended for Online Registration

What is KEAM CAP Online Registration?

The KEAM Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) online registration allows candidates to select and prioritise their preferred colleges and courses. Seat allotment is carried out on the basis of Candidate's KEAM Rank, reservation criteria, and the order of preferences submitted during the option entry.

How to Complete KEAM 2026 Option Registration?

  1. Visit the Official Website: cee.kerala.gov.in
  2. Login using your application number and password
  3. Click on the CAP Option Registration Link 
  4. Select your preferred colleges and branches in order
  5. Save and lock the choices before the deadline
  6. Submit the final choices before 12 noon on July 7, 2026.
  7. Download it for future reference

What Happens After Option Registration?

After the closure of the option entry window, CEE Kerala will process the submitted choices and prepare the allotment list based on candidate’s' merit rank, reservation policies, and availability of seats. Candidates allotted seats will be required to complete the admission formalities, including fee payment and document verification, within the prescribed schedule.
