NBEMS Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for the NBEMS Recruitment 2026 must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Age Limit 

• The minimum age of 18 years

• The maximum age 27 to 35 years (post-wise)

• Age relaxation according to the Government rules for the reserved category

Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

• Deputy Director (Medical): Must have completed a postgraduate degree in Medical

• Junior Programmer: Must have a B. Tech / BE / BCA or Degree in Computer Science / IT

• Junior Accountant: must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Mathematics / Statistics

• Stenographer: Must have completed 10+2/ intermediate with Shorthand and Typing

• Junior Assistant: Must have passed 10+2/ intermediate with computer knowledge

NBEMS Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• The test will be conducted in an online mode.

• A total of 200 objective-type questions carrying a total of 200 marks.

• Negative marking will be 0.25 marks per incorrect answer.

• The qualifying mark is 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM and 50% for others.

• The exam is tentatively on 5 & 6 Sept 2026

Skill Test

• Skill Test will be held only for the post of Stenographer

• Candidates have to qualify the Skill Test after qualifying the CBT

• Skill Test will assess shorthand typing skills

Document verification

• Those who qualify the CBT (Skill Test, if applicable) will be called for document verification.

• The candidate must keep the original documents including, Educational certificates, age proof, category certificate (if any), identity proof, and photograph
