BPSC APO Admit Card 2026 will be released shortly by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) for the posts of Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) on its official website. The written exam for 300 Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) is scheduled to be held on July 15, 2026 in two shifts including 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and  02:30 PM to 04:30 PM. BPSC APO Admit Card 2026: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is all set to release the BPSC APO Admit Card 2026 for the posts of Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) shortly. The Commission will be conducting the written exam for 300 Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) posts on July 15, 2026 in two shifts including 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM. The exam will be conducted at various exam centers located in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Bhojpur, and Nalanda. Candidates applied successfully for these posts can download their hall ticket after using their login credentials at the official website-
bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

The BPSC APO Admit Card 2026 which is a very crucial document to ensure candidates entry at the exam venue, must be carried by the candidates with a valid photo Identity card and other documents.

Bihar APO 2026 Exam Pattern   

The Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Preliminary Competitive Examination (Advt. No. 13/2026) will be conducted on July 15, 2026 in two shifts. The exam will be conducted in an offline pen and paper test mode in both Hindi and English. The test will be held at centers in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Bhojpur, and Nalanda. The prelims exam consists of two papers which will be objective  type with MCQ. Preliminary Examination: Exam Details

Preliminary Ex is the firs round of selection process for APO posts which is basically a screening test. The prelims exam consisting of two objective-type papers including General Studies and Law. Check details of the syllabus and marks allotted in the prelims exam given below-

  • Paper I: General Studies (100 marks) covering general knowledge, current affairs, science, history, culture, politics, and geography.
  • Paper II: Law (150 marks) covering the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, Civil Procedure Code 1908, and constitutional law.
