Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, HPBOSE, has officially declared the HPSOS results for the March 2026 academic year. Chairman Dr Rajesh Sharma has announced the revaluation and re-checking process for students who are unsatisfied with their scores in Classes 8, 10, and 12. The last date to apply for the revaluation and rechecking process is June 10, 2026, at the official study centres. For the Class 10th and 12th who apply for the revaluation, the applicable fee is Rs. 1000, and for rechecking of the paper for classes 8, 10, and 12th is Rs. 800.

HPSOS Revaluation and Re-checking 2026: Important Dates and Steps to Apply

Students of Class 8, 10, and 12, who wish to apply for the rechecking and revaluation of the answer sheets, should know that the application window has a stipulated time. The last date to submit applications for both revelation and rechecking is June 10, 2026

  • To be eligible for the revaluation process, the students of Class 10th and 12th must have secured at least 20% marks in the relevant subject. 
  • The applicable fee is Rs. 1000 per subject. Students should also note that the revaluation is only applicable for Class 10th and 12th students and excludes MCQ sections.
  • The Re-checking option is available for students of Classes 8, 10, and 12. The fee for re-checking is Rs. 800 per subject.

Steps to Apply for Revaluation and Rechecking:-

Students cannot apply directly on the official website. All applications must be submitted online through the authorised HPSOS study centres. Candidates are advised to visit their respective centres with the applicable fee before the June 10 deadline. No applications will be entertained after this date. All those candidates who need to re-appear or seek improvement, the application window without a late fee will open from June 5 to June 30, 2026.
