NTA Urges Re-Neet 2026 Candidates to Avoid Rumours, Releases Measures to Remain Calm Ahead of Exams
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued guidelines for Re-NEET UG 2026 candidates scheduled for June 21, 2026. In a recent post on X, the NTA urged students to remain calm and focus on their performance, to avoid rumors floating around on social media, and sharing helpline numbers for struggling candidates.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released directives and measures, urging candidates appearing for the Re-NEET UG 2026 examination, scheduled to be held on June 21, 2026. In a latest X post, the Agency urges the students to “stay calm, rest well, and focus on doing your best.“
This comes in the light of the rumours of the exam being postponed or delayed further till July 2026. The post clarifies that the examination will be conducted as scheduled. The agency also further advises the candidates to only rely on official communication from NTA from the official websites.
The NTA has also mentioned that extensive arrangements have been taken for a safe, secure and fair examination, in close coordination with relevant ministries, state governments and security agencies. It reads, “The integrity of this process is our highest priority, and robust, multi-layered safeguards have been put in place. Any attempt at malpractice will be dealt with firmly - because protecting honest, hardworking students is exactly what this is about.”
No candidate is alone, and the Agency acknowledges it by offering help to the students struggling with the exam stress. It further adds the helpline number, stating, “If the pressure feels heavy, please know you are not alone. The MANAS mental-health helpline (14416) is available, and support is there for anyone who needs it.”
The agency also further requests parents, teachers, and the wider community to keep the students calm and avoid sharing unverified information.
