NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026 Begins at nchmcounselling.nic.in; Check Registration Dates, Seat Allotment Schedule

The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has officially started the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026 process for admission to hotel management institutes across the country. Candidates who qualified the NCHMCT Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2026 can now register for the counselling process through the official website, nchmcounselling.nic.in. According to the official counselling schedule, registration and choice filling for the first round began on 1st June and will continue until 4th June 2026. Candidates must complete the registration process, pay the required counselling fee and submit their preferred institute choices within the deadline. 

The counselling process is being conducted for admission to the B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc HHA) programme offered by participating Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) across India. Admissions will be granted based on candidates’ All India Rank (AIR), category, seat availability, and choices filled during counselling.

Counselling Fee and Seat Acceptance Fee

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of ₹2,000 during the registration process. Those allotted seats must also submit a Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) of ₹20,000 to confirm their admission and participate in further rounds if eligible.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready for verification:

• NCHMCT JEE 2026 Admit Card
• NCHMCT JEE Scorecard/Rank Card
• Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificate
• Class 12 Mark Sheet and Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Passport-size photographs
• Valid Photo ID Proof
• Medical Certificate (if required)

This year, the counselling process will cover admissions to more than 12,000 seats across approximately 80 participating hotel management institutes, including Central IHMs, State Government IHMs, PSU institutes, and private hotel management colleges.
