The CBSE says that its special portal for Class 12 students will start working from 1 June. The Central Board of Secondary Education made this announcement yesterday saying it wants Class 12 students to have an fair experience when they apply to have their answer scripts checked again. The main goal for Class 12 students is to make sure the Central Board of Secondary Education follows the rules and does everything correctly when it comes to checking answer books, for Class 12 students who want to submit applications.
Steps to Apply for CBSE Revaluation Online
Students can simply follow these steps once the portal is live to apply for revaluation process:
- Go to the official website CBSE
- Click on the Post Result Activities link available on the homepage.
- Log in using your required credentials Roll Number and other required details if required.
- Select for the service you want to opt for: Verification of Marks or Re-evaluation
- Choose the subject and enter the necessary details.
- For re-evaluation requests, select the question numbers you want reviewed.
- Pay the applicable fee through online payment methods.
- Submit the application and download the confirmation receipt.
CBSE Revaluation 2026 Fees and Payment Details
Candidates applying for the re-evaluation or verification process have to pay the prescribed fees online.
The fee structure shared in the latest updates are as mentioned below:
- Stage 1: Obtaining scanned copy of answer sheets – Rs 100 per subject
- Stage 2: Verification of marks/issues observed – Rs 100 per subject
- Stage 3: Re-evaluation/rechecking – Rs 25 per question
