Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council Round 1 Registration and Choice filling begins today, from 25 June till 30 June, 2026. The qualified candidates must register online, pay the registration fee and lock your preferred seat. The official schedule for JEECUP 2026 Counselling schedule was already released. 

The entire process will be conducted online via the official website jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The choice filling and locking window for phase 1 will remain open until 30th June, with the Round 1 seat allotment results scheduled to be announced on July 1, 2026. JEECUP Round 1 How to Apply: Step-by-Step Process

  1. Visit the official website of JEECUP Admissions Portal jeecup.admissions.nic.in. and register yourself by using your application number and password.
  2. After registering yourself, Pay the counselling fee (typically around ₹250-₹300) online. It is non-refundable. 
  3. Candidates can select their preferred polytechnic institutes from the available list. The preference options to be added with high priority to low priority. 
  4. After finalising your preferences, candidates must lock the choices before the given deadline. 

Note: Candidates cannot make any changes after your choices once they are locked. 

Documents Required for JEECUP Counselling 2026

Below is the list of documents candidates need to arrange for JEECUP 2026 counselling

  • JEECUP rank card 2026
  • JEECUP admit card
  • JEECUP counselling allotment letter
  • Qualifying exam mark sheets and certificates
  • Character certificate
  • Migration certificate (if applicable)
  • Reservation certificate (if applicable)
  • Two photographs
  • Domicile certificate
  • Two sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned documents

Eligible candidates should register and lock their choices by June 30 to participate in the first round of seat allotment. It is always advised while filling choices, fill maximum choices as per rank. Always lock your choices before the deadline. Check official website for latest information.
