UP Police SI Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially released the UP Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment Examination 2026 result on its official website on 07 May 2026. Lakhs of candidates have appeared for the 4534 SI posts written examination. The candidates can check their scorecard by visiting the official website and using the registration number and date of birth.
The UP Police SI examination 2026 was held on 14 and 15 March 2026, across 75 districts of the state. The examination was held across two days in two shifts per day. The first shift of the examination was conducted from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and the second shift was held from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The UPPRPB is going to recruit candidates for the SI and equivalent posts for a total of 4,543 vacancies within the Uttar Pradesh Police Department. According to UPPRPB statistics, a total of 1,575,760 candidates had applied. This figure includes 1,166,386 male candidates and 409,374 female candidates. Candidates who qualify in the UP Police SI written examination will be called for the further recruitment stage of the selection process, such as the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and Medical Test.
