The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) or the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has not released any official result date on its official website. The last notice was released on the CBSE website on August 7. As per the notice, 'Tier-II results will be declared in phases commencing mid of August 2026.' After that notice, no official result date or result time has been confirmed on the websites. Candidates should avoid relying on unofficial dates.

The EMRS Tier 2 answer key challenge process ended at 11:59 PM on May 17, 2026. NESTS said the final result would be based on the final answer keys prepared after reviewing challenges.

NESTS released the scanned OMR sheet and provisional answer key on May 13, 2026. The answer keys were released on the official websites of EMRS and CBSE. Candidates were given the option to challenge answers through the proper objection portal.

As per the notice, 'All the candidates who have appeared for Tier 2 examination are requested to refer to the website of NESTS only, for authentic information.'
