Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2026: Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will be releasing the Maharashtra NEET UG CAP round 1 final merit list today, August 25, 2026. Candidates were given time until 5 PM on August 24, 2026, to submit any grievances on the provisional merit list issued.
As per the schedule given, the Maharashtra NEET UG Final Merit List (Group A) and the Seat Matrix (Group A) will be released today, August 25, 2026. Students who have applied for the Maharashtra NEET UG CAP round 1 counselling must visit the official website to check the final merit list. Based on the merit list released, candidates can proceed with their online choice/preference filling process for (Group A). The choice filling window will remain open from August 26 to 29, 2026. The Maharashtra NEET UG CAP round 1 allotment result will be released on August 31, 2026.

After the release of the Maharashtra NEET UG final merit list for CAP round 1, the option entry window will open. Candidates can enter their choice of course and college for the CAP round 1 allotment. Candidates are advised to go through the seat matrix for CAP round 1 Group A allotment before entering the choices. CAP round 1 final allotment will be issued based on the choices entered, candidates' categories and the number of seats available under each category.
