How to Apply IIT Delhi SRFP 2026?

To apply for the IIT Delhi SRPF 2026 follow the steps given below:

• Online Registration: To get started, create a special username and password on the official IIT Delhi SRFP website.

• Complete Application: Enter your contact, academic, and personal information in the online application form by logging in.

• Upload Documents: Include a consolidated grade card and a recent photo in the designated digital file formats.

• Submit Form: Before submitting the final version before the deadline of April 3, 2026, make sure that the data submitted is correct.

• Download Confirmation: Save the generated application summary and your registration number for future tracking of results.

IIT Delhi SRFP 2026: Eligibility 

• Applications for this fellowship will be accepted from undergraduate students (apart from IIT Delhi) who have completed at least two years of study toward an engineering degree and are ranked in the top ten in their particular program.

• Applications for this fellowship will be accepted from any M.Tech./M.E. student (apart from IIT Delhi) who has finished at least the first semester of study in the top ten ranks and has earned at least 70% of the possible points or a CGPA of 7.00 (on a 10-point scale) at the end of the first semester in their respective program.

The fellowship will cover the following:

• Travel expenses inside the nation to and from IIT Delhi (train-sleeper class only)

• During the tour or visits, stay at IIT Delhi, including boarding and lodging in the dorms.

• A weekly fellowship worth Rs. 2000

The student will register as a visiting student at IIT Delhi and won't have to pay the institute registration fee. For the duration of their stay at the institute, the chosen student must obtain insurance against any eventuality. The insurance costs will be borne by the student (the insurance should cover accidents and accidental death).
