HSSC CET Group C Recruitment 2026: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will end the registration for Group C recruitment today, June 30, 2026. Candidates who have qualified the Common Eligibility Test (CET) can apply on the official website of the commission - hssc.gov.in. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,238 vacancies. Candidates will be able to make changes in their application form from July 1 to July 7, 2026.
Exam Pattern, Minimum Qualifying Marks, Selection Process, Fees
The examination will be held in Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format, carrying a total of 100 marks. The duration of the examination will be 1 hour 45 minutes. Candidates belonging to General category will need to secure 50 per cent marks while reserved category candidates will have to achieve 40 percentile to qualify. There will not be any negative marking for wrong answers.
The selection process includes a written examination, followed by Physical Measurement Test (PMT) wherever applicable, Physical Screening Test and Document Verification (DV). Candidates are not required to submit any fees while applying for any post, as per the official notification.
How To Apply For HSSC CET Group C Recruitment?
- Visit the official website hssc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on “Apply for Advt no. 06/2026”.
- Click on “Registered Candidate” and sign in using your CET registration number and password.
- Candidates who have not yet registered must click on “New Candidate”, enter their CET registration number and register.
- Once registered, you can apply for the specific post you wish to apply for.
Documents To Be Submitted With Application Form
Candidates must submit the following documents with their application form.
1. Scanned Copy of all the educational qualification certificates from Matriculation onwards (Certificate/Diploma/Degree etc.)
2. The latest Scanned colored photograph with white background clearly mentioning the date and name of the candidate on the photograph.
3. Scanned signature of the Candidate.
4. Undertaking as per Annexure V.
The Group C recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies for Prison Warder and Assistant Superintendent Jail for males and females both.
Those belonging to Deprived Scheduled Castes (DSC)/ Other Scheduled Castes (OSC), Non-Creamy Layer (NCL), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Ex-Servicemen category will need to submit category certificates and other eligible documents.
