Buniyaad-Scheme: On the occasion of a felicitation ceremony organized for felicitating the brilliant "Super-100" students who have successfully qualified for the IIT/JEE exams, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced the infrastructural upgrade in the state government's flagship educational schemes. This move would help in significantly enhancing the preparations of bright students appearing for competitive exams through a special virtual network and by setting up a high-end digital library for them. In recognition of the outstanding success of the 'Buniyaad' scheme, the Chief Minister announced the addition of 25 more online learning centers in addition to the 103 existing learning centers spread across the state.

Moreover, to make sure that hard-working students encounter no academic barriers, a sum of about ₹1 crore has been allotted to set up a digital library with 100 advanced computers at the central 'Super-100' training center located at Kurukshetra. The efforts made locally in the field of education are an extension of the larger rural development plan of the government, under which it has successfully created digital libraries in 600 village panchayats, thus saving the young talents from huge problems of relocation to urban centers.
