The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched the Integrated Payment System (IPS) for payment to schools, observers and external examiners in respect of Practical Examinations 2026. The Board has revised the rates for remuneration, conveyance, refreshments, and associated expenses for Practical Examinations, applicable from the Board Examinations 2026. The IPS Practical 2026 portal has been updated according to these new rates.
As previously assured, the IPS Practical 2026 portal is being launched immediately following the conclusion of the Practical Examinations 2026. Schools are asked to complete the required data entry and freeze it immediately. Schools are advised to verify the accuracy of all bank account details. Principals are required to personally review the data on the IPS portal before freezing to prevent future inconvenience.
CBSE IPS Practical Schedule 2026
The schedule of IPS Practical 2026 will be as under:

| Submission and Freezing of Data by Schools | March 17 - 31, 2026 |
| Releasing of Payment | March 23, 2026 onwards |
| Refreezing in case of failure payments | April 1 - 15, 2026 |
| Releasing of Payment | April 6, 2026 onwards |
The portal with reference to practical 2026 payments will be closed on 16th April, 2026.
