Assam State School Education Board, ASSEB will be releasing the Class 12 or Assam HS Result 2026 soon now! The official result date has been confirmed and the wait is over. The results will be released on the official websites on April 28, 2026. Students and parents may note the date and get prepared for the declaration of the result!

ASSEB (Previously SEBA and AHSEC) result date was confirmed by Assam Education Minister – Ranoj Pegu on his official twitter account. The minister writes – “HS Exam 2026 results under  Assam State School Education Board, ASSEB will be declared on 28April. My best wishes to all.”

The minister has not informed the time of release as yet. Tentatively, the results are likely to be announced by 10 am on the given date. Confirmation along with official notice will be shared with the students shortly.

Assam HS Result 2026: Where to check

Assam board will release the HS Results on multiple websites including the official website results.assam.nic.in as well as on DigiLocker. Assam HS Results will also be available on Jagran Josh. Students can register on Jagran Josh results for updates on result declaration of HS Results.

HS Exam 2026

Over 2.5 lakh students have appeared for the HS examination this year. The examination was conducted in the month of February. The result evaluation work was completed last week and the final results will be declared on April 28 now.

Students may please note that the passing criteria for Assam HS is 33 percent marks. Students need to score a minimum of 33 percent marks aggregate in five subjects to be give a passing grade and certificate. In case a student fails to do so, he/she may be placed in compartment or essential reappear category. Students, however, will get a chance to appear for the supplementary examination conducted by the board. This exam schedule will be announced along with the results on the said date.
