Anamika was born and brought up in Saketpuri, Ayodhya (UP). Her father, Mahendra Nath Mishra is a Railway Station Superintendent. Her husband, Akash Kumar Pandey, is also a government teacher.
Working as a Teacher to SDM
Anamika while being in service as a teacher decided to prepare for the UPPCS exam. She was posted in Basti district as a teacher. She was already into nation-building service when she decided to pursue a different path. As per some interviews, Anamika’s husband said that she was very hard working and dedicated towards her goal. She used to spare time after her job and dedicate a total of 5-6 hours towards her study, which has bagged her success by grabbing the top fourth position.
