TGTET Exam Date 2026: The Department of School Education has released the TGTET exam schedule for the June session 2026 on its website, tgtet.aptonline.in. The application process was conducted between 15 April to 30 April 2026. The exam is going to be conducted from 16 June onwards till 22 June in two shifts each day.
The TGTET consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is conducted to assess the eligibility of the candidates to teach Classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 for Classes 6 to 8. The exam will be held in online computer based mode for 2 hours 30 minutes duration for each paper. The language of the paper will be bilingual i.e. in English and Telugu. Other language preference will be given to the candidates for Language I and II in both the papers.

TGTET Exam Medium 2026
The TGTET exam will be conducted in bilingual mode i.e. English and Telugu. Candidates can give the Language I section in both the papers in the language they have chosen while filling the application form.
