DSSC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification required for DSSC Group C posts differs depending on the post you are applying for. Candidates applying for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Technical Attendant posts must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board. For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Stenographer posts, candidates should have completed Class 12. Meanwhile, posts such as technical administration and networking require candidates to possess relevant ITI qualifications, diplomas, or graduate/postgraduate degrees in the concerned field.
The age limit is different, and it varies according to the post. Candidates should be in the age group of 18 to 25 years for MTS and technical attendant positions.The age limit prescribed for all other Group C posts is 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories like OBC, SC, ST and PwBD candidates as per government norms.
