WBJEE 2026 Counselling Schedule Released; Round 1 Seat Allotment Result on July 7

WBJEE 2026: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has officially started the centralized e-counseling process of WBJEE 2026 today, 30th June 2026. Students who have qualified ranks and are interested in joining undergraduate programs in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture in universities and colleges of West Bengal can now apply. The registration form, fee submission process, and option filling portal will be operational till 5th July 2026. Students are required to fill the registration form at the official website wbjeeb.nic.in.

First round seat allotment result will be declared on 7th July, and those students who have been allocated seats should pay their seat acceptance charges from 7th July to 11th July and join their respective institutes for document verification and admission process if they are not opting for upgradation or have got their first preference.

In order to participate in these rounds officially, candidates must be aware of the following formalities and guidelines:

• Counselling Fee: A non-refundable counselling fee of ₹500 must be paid completely online via net banking/debit card/credit card/UPI while registering.  

• Seat Acceptance Deposit: Candidates securing seats in Round 1 must pay a refundable seat acceptance deposit of ₹5,000 via online payment to obtain the allocation letter before undergoing the process of physical verification.

• Single Registration Policy: This is the first round of registrations for the major allocation procedure. Candidates not registered till now will not be able to register for the subsequent rounds of allocations.
