UP Board Result 2026: New Changes Incorporated in Marksheets, Includes Security Features

UP Board Result 2026: Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education is making a few changes to the UP board 10th and 12th marksheets. The UP board class 10 and class 12 marksheets for theis year will be completely hi-tech. According to reports, considering the increasing number of fraudulent marksheets in the recen yearsm security measures are being implemented to make it impossible to tamper with or copy the UP board marksheets. 

According to media reports, the marksheets will not only look different from the previous years bit the quality will also be at par with international standards. Students have complained about their marksheets tearing or getting damaged by water. These issues will also be solved with the new marksheets, the board has stated. 

UP Board Result 2026: Marksheets to be Equipped Security Features

According to reports, the board has equipped the  marksheets with 16 security features to prevent fraud. Some of the features include, luminous hologram and special digital coding clearly visible to the naked eye. Other featires include identification using UV light or a soecial scanning lens. Rainbow printing and special watermark will also be used to guarantee the authenticity of the marksheets. 

There is also a change in the material used to prepare the marksheets. The new marksheets will be waterproof and will not be damaged easily. The markheets are being made non-tearable which is a relief for students as they will now be able to preserve their maksheets. 

Compared to the smaller marksheets issued earlier, from this year onwards, the board will issue professional A4 sixe marksheets resembling degree certificates in appearance. The marksheets will display details such as students photographs, QR code and Roll number in a clearer and secure manner.

UP Board Result 2026: When Will Board Announce Results?

UP board exams concluded on March 12 for the class 10 and class 12 students. According to reportsm the evaluation process of answer sheets will commence on Mach 18, 2026 and will conclude by March 31, 2026. Based on the past year trends, the UP Board 10th and 12th result 2026 is likely to be announced in April 2026. Board officials will confirm the date and time for the announcement of the results after the answer sheet evaluation and data entry process is completed.
