Earlier this month, heavy rainfall caused severe waterlogging in Kolkata and nearby areas, while districts including Paschim Medinipur, Jhargram and Bankura experienced intense rainfall.

Uttarakhand continues to face rainfall-related risks, particularly in hilly areas where heavy rain can trigger landslides and road blockages. The latest forecast includes Uttarakhand among the regions likely to receive heavy rainfall on Monday.

Himachal Pradesh School Holiday Update

Himachal Pradesh has continued to experience weather-related disruptions, including blocked roads. The latest reports indicate that 98 roads were blocked in the state amid ongoing rainfall-related problems.
