NEET UG 2026: Documents Required for Registration

Candidates applying for NEET UG 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses must keep the following documents ready while filling out the application form:

  • Class 10 certificate or marksheet

  • Class 12 marksheet or appearing certificate

  • Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, or driving licence)

  • Category certificate (for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates, if applicable)

  • PwBD certificate (if applicable)

  • Scanned photograph and signature

Important Instructions:
Candidates must upload a recent coloured photograph with a white or light background. The face should be clearly visible without shadows or filters. All images should be in JPG or JPEG format and the file size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB. Avoid wearing caps, sunglasses, or heavy accessories in the photograph.
