ICAI CA Foundation May Result 2026: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to announce the Chartered Accountant (CA) Foundation level results for the May session on July 3, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination will be able to download their scorecard using their on the official websites of the institute - icai.org and caresults.icai.org. The exams were conducted from May 14 to May 20, 2026. 

What Time Will ICAI Announce CA Foundation Results?

The official announcement by the institute had mentioned that the ICAI CA Foundation May 2026 results will be declared “by the afternoon of July 3, 2026”. Media reports have suggested that the results will be declared at 11 am. Candidates are advised to keep their login credentials ready and regularly visit the official website icai.org to check the results on time.

  • Visit the official website of the institute icai.org
  • On the homepage, click on the “Notifications” section. 
  • Then, click on the respective link for the ICAI CA Foundation results for the May session. 
  • Enter your registration number and roll number to download your scorecard. 
  • You will be able to download the merit list also via the same portal.

Details Mentioned On The ICAI CA Foundation Scorecard/Marksheet

The online marksheet will include the following details:

  • Student’s name, 
  • Roll number
  • Registration number
  • Marks obtained in each subject
  • Aggregate marks
  • Result Status
  • Passing Marks

Candidates will be declared qualified in the Foundation level examination if they secure a minimum of 40 marks in each paper and a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate of all four subject exams. For paper 3 and 4, one/fourth of the mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
