The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially revealed the schedule for the first phase of the TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026.
The first phase of the tournament will be held from March 28, 2026, to April 12, 2026, with the remaining scheduled matches to be announced later.

This year, in 2026, the TATA IPL is scheduled in two phases, because of the coming State Assembly elections in the following states, including Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and Puducherry, and the complete schedule for the remaining matches of TATA IPL 2026 will be announced once the Election Commission of India announces the official election dates.
