The eligibility requirements vary significantly based on the specific post and scale: 

Educational Qualification 

Generally requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field (e.g., B.E./B.Tech for IT roles, CA/ICWA/MBA Finance for Finance roles, or LLB for Law Officers). The eligibility requirements vary significantly based on the specific post and scale applied for.

1. IT Department (Managerial Roles)

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or PG in Computer Science/MCA.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT, with specific domain expertise (e.g., VMware for DC Operations, CCNA for Network Ops).

2. Credit & Finance (Manager & Senior Manager)

• Education: Graduate with MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) or CA/ICWA/CFA.

• Experience: 2 years for Scale II and 4 years for Scale III in corporate/mid-corporate credit processing.

3. Risk Management

• Education: CA/CFA or Master’s in Math/Statistics/Economics.

• Experience: 5 years total, with at least 3 years specifically in verticals like Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, or Climate Risk.

Age Limit

Minimum 21 years; maximum varies between 30 and 45 years depending on the scale and category-based relaxations. A candidate must be either - 

(i) a Citizen of India or 

(ii) a subject of Nepal or

 (iii) a subject of Bhutan or

 (iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or

 (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
