Amethi BC Sakhi Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the BC Sakhi recruitment must satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed in the notification. Only women candidates are eligible to apply for these posts. Check the educational qualification and age limit here.

1 Educational Qualification—Candidates must have passed at least Class 12 from a recognized board. They should possess basic knowledge of operating smartphones and basic knowledge of handling the internet.

2 Age Limit—The minimum age to apply for BC Sakhi is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 40 years. 

3 Residence—The applicant must be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat for which she is applying.

• Interested members will need to submit their applications to their respective Self Help Groups. 

• They can obtain the application forms from their group or village organization. 

• After identification by the Self Help Group, the consolidated list of interested BC Sakhis from the group to the village organization and then to the clusterlevel federation will be forwarded to the District Mission Management Unit office in Amethi through the Block Development Office.

• The selection will be made based on a written test and an interview by a committee chaired by the chief development officer.
