Each year, lakhs of students across Uttar Pradesh write the UP Board examinations with aspirations and zeal. The dreams came true in 2025 for two exceptional students Mehak Jaiswal and Yash Pratap Singh, who topped the Class 12 and Class 10 examinations, respectively.

Mehak Jaiswal-Class 12 Topper (97.20%)
She is a student at Bachcha Ram Yadav Intermediate College, Kaushambi. Coming from a humble background, her father, Shiv Prasad Jaiswal, runs a small grocery shop in Kokhraaj, while her mother Kusum is a homemaker. Her elder sister Ayushi, a teacher in a private school, has been her guiding force. Mehak credits her success to Ayushi’s motivation and support, sharing that she studied 8–9 hours daily under her sister’s guidance.
She says, 'I never aimed to be the topper, but I believed in giving my best every single day.'
Mehak’s Tips:
- Set a routine. She says, 'I studied for 8–9 hours every day. Not all at once, but with breaks and proper planning.'
- Use family support. She says, 'My elder sister was my biggest motivator. Having someone to guide you can make a big difference'.
- Stay consistent. She says, 'Even when I didn’t feel like studying, I reminded myself of my dream to become a doctor and serve society.'
- Believe in yourself. She says, 'Confidence is built with every small effort. Keep going, and you’ll surprise yourself.'
Yash Pratap Singh – Class 10 Topper (97.67%)
He is a student of Sita Inter College, Barabanki. Yash Pratap Singh secured the first position in Class 10 with an impressive 586 out of 600 marks (97.67%). His success story reflects hard work, discipline, and support from family and teachers.

- Stay calm. He says, 'Stress won’t help. A calm mind learns faster and remembers longer.'
UP Board Result 2025
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) released the Class 10 and 12 results on April 25, 2025, which has finally put an end to the nerves and worry of students, parents and guardians of millions of students. This year, students have not only achieved significant academic success, but many students have been incredibly inspirational in the stories they shared about their dedication and dreams.
