In 2025, the pass percentage of Tamil Nadu was 93.80 per cent, while in 2024, the figure was 91.55 per cent. In 2023, the success percentage was 94.66 per cent, and in 2022, it was 90.07 per cent. It is worth mentioning that there was a success rate of 100 per cent for the 2021 batch.

When looking at how students perform in individual subjects, Language (English) routinely scores the highest success rate, often hovering above 99%. Conversely, Mathematics and Science traditionally register the lowest relative pass metrics, though they have steadily climbed to land around the 96%–97% bracket in recent evaluations.
