NIFT 2026 Final Result: Link at exams.nta.ac.in; Scorecard Download Link, and Cutoff

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NIFTEE 2026 entrance exam result for undergraduate and post-graduate design courses at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). 

The candidates are now eligible to download the scorecards of stage-1 from the official portal and soon the final merit based result will be available for most B.Des and M.Des programmes.

What is Covered in NIFTEE 2026 Result?

NIFTEE 2026 is the common entrance test for B.Des, M.There are two types of design programmes at NIFT campuses, namely Des and others. Stage‑1 results (General Ability Test and Creative Ability Test) were announced on March 20, 2026 and already Stage‑2 was conducted which comprises of the Situation Test (UG) and GD-PI (PG). 

The final result will be the aggregate of the scores obtained in stage-1 and stage-2 which will prepare the merit list for admission 2026-27.

How to Download your NIFTEE 2026 Scorecard?

All the aspirants need to go to official NIFT score website at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee or nift.ac.in/admission. Upon logging in with their Application number and DOB/Password they will be able to see and download the PDF scorecard. 

The document contains the details of Name, Roll No, Application No, CAT & GAT Marks, Situation Test/Interview marks, Total marks & tentative rank.

NTA will declare the final merit list after the completion of Stage-2 (after applying prescribed weightages - CAT – 50%, GAT – 30% and Situation Test – 20%) for B.Des. 

Shortlisted candidates will receive counselling via online and seat allotment/institute-wise confirmation will be done later. Students are requested to regularly check the NIFT and NIFTEE admission portal for cutoffs and counselling date along with reservation wise category wise list.
