The programme has been designed to strengthen the capacity of examination functionaries…
Why Pariksha Karmayogi Matters for NTA Examinations
Large national level exams require more than just question papers and exam centres. They also depend on well trained officials who can follow procedures correctly, maintain discipline and ensure a fair environment for every candidate. Through Pariksha Karmayogi NTA is trying to build a stronger examination system by giving exam personnel structured and self paced training.
The programme is especially important because it supports better supervision and invigilation during examinations. By training officials through a common platform NTA can create uniform standards across the country. This will help improve procedural compliance, reduce mistakes, strengthen accountability and make the conduct of offline exams more secure and reliable.
Modules of the Pariksha Karmayogi Programme
The course has been divided into four modules each covering an important stage of the examination process from preparation to final wrap up.
1. Introduction to the Programme and Roles of Exam Officials
The first module gives participants a clear understanding of the training programme and explains why exam functionaries are so important in the examination process. It highlights the duties of officials in maintaining fairness, transparency and integrity.
2. Pre-Examination Preparedness
The second module focuses on everything that needs to be ready before the exam begins. This includes exam centre preparedness, security checks, arrangements at venue and proper implementation of SOPs. The main idea is to ensure the exam centre is fully prepared and follows a common system before candidates arrive.
3. Examination-Day Operations
The third module deals with the actual conduct of the examination day and is broken into four stages: before the examination, at the start of the examination, during the examination and after the examination ends. This module is highly practical because it guides officials step by step on what actions to take at different moments. It helps reduce confusion and ensure that the entire process runs smoothly from beginning to end.
4. Quick Reference Guide
The fourth module works as a handy revision tool for examination personnel. It gives a brief and easy to understand summary of key instructions, responsibilities and operational requirements. This makes it useful for quick recall when officials need a simple refresher before performing their duties.
