National Testing Agency, NTA has released the NEET UG 2026 city intimation slip, with over 99% of candidates successfully allotted their first choice of exam city. While the exam is scheduled for May 3, 2026, the official admit cards are expected to be available for download at neet.nta.nic.in starting April 26, 2026.

In a significant update for medical aspirants, the National Testing Agency, NTA, nnounced that more than 99% of candidates appearing for the NEET UG 2026 have been allotted their first preference for the exam city. This advanced city intimation allows students to finalised their travel and accommodation plans well before the entrance test scheduled for May 3, 2026.

According to the official sources, the NTA will release the NEET UG 2026 admit cards on April 26, 2026. The admit card is an important document that will contain details such as the exact exam centre address reporting time, and important exam day guidelines.

The offline (pen-and-paper) exam will be held in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM across India and in several cities abroad. Candidates must carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID and a passport-sized photograph to the center.

  • Visit the official NTA website: neet.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on the "Download Admit Card for NEET (UG) 2026" link on the homepage.
  • Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the security pin provided.
  • Submit the details to view and download your hall ticket.
  • Print at least two color copies for use on the exam day.
