NEET UG 2026 Admit Card: The National Testing Agency (NTA), in a latest X post, has confirmed the NEET UG 2026 Admit Card release date. According to the post, the hall tickets will be released online on April 26, 2026. It also adds that the city intimation slips have been published. Students will be able to download their admit cards online on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in. NEET UG 2026 is scheduled to be held on May 3 (Sunday) from 2 PM to 5 PM, for a duration of three hours.
The post on x (formerly Twitter) reads, “City Intimation Slips have already been released — 99.2% of candidates have been allotted their first-choice city, ensuring convenience and minimal travel stress. Admit Cards with exact centre details will be released on 26 April.“

- The NEET (UG) 2026 question paper covers Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology).
- The paper consists of 180 compulsory Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- The total duration is 180 minutes.
- Exam Structure:
- Physics: 45 questions (180 marks)
- Chemistry: 45 questions (180 marks)
- Biology (Botany & Zoology): 90 questions (360 marks)
- Total: 180 questions (720 marks)
- The examination will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- Marking Scheme:
- Correct or most appropriate answer: +4 marks
- Incorrect answer: -1 mark
- Unanswered question: 0 marks
- Discrepancy Rules:
- If more than one option is correct: +4 marks to candidates who marked any of the correct options.
- If all options are correct: +4 marks to all candidates who attempted the question.
- If no option is correct, or the question is incorrect/dropped: +4 marks to all candidates who appeared for the examination (regardless of whether they attempted the question).
