IP University Launches Online BBA, B.Com Programmes At Rs 15,000 Per Semester: Check Details
IP University has launched online BBA and B.Com programmes with a fee of Rs 15,000 per semester. The three-year programmes will begin from September 15, 2026, and will offer multiple entry and exit options under NEP 2020.
IP University Online BBA, B.Com Course: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University) has introduced online Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) programmes with a fee of Rs. 15,000 per semester. The university has planned the launch of other programmes also, including Master of Computer Applications (MCA), MA in Mass Communication and PG Diploma in Healthcare Management. The admission brochure for both programmes was launched on August 24 at an event held at the university’s Dwarka campus.
The first batch of the three-year programmes is scheduled to begin on September 15, 2026. Both courses will be offered through the university’s Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), with multiple entry and exit options in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
IP University Online BBA, B.Com: Fee
The academic fee for both the online BBA and B.Com programmes has been fixed at Rs 15,000 per semester. The programmes will have a total duration of three years.
The university said the online programmes are aimed at expanding access to higher education beyond geographical boundaries.
How Will Online Classes Be Conducted?
The programmes will be delivered through a SWAYAM-enabled Learning Management System (LMS). The initiative is supported by IP University’s institutional collaboration with IIT Madras.
Faculty members from IP University and its affiliated colleges have contributed to developing the academic content for the programmes. Students will receive access to recorded lectures, e-content and other digital learning resources.
The university will also conduct weekly live interactive sessions through course coordinators. These sessions will allow students to interact with faculty members, clear their doubts and receive academic guidance. Mentoring and learner support will also be provided as part of the programmes.
Other Online Programmes Planned
IP University also plans to expand its online education portfolio. The university has announced plans to introduce three more programmes in the coming months - Master of Computer Applications (MCA), MA in Mass Communication and PG Diploma in Healthcare Management.
