The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has started the registration process for classes 10 and 12 compartment and improvement exam 2026. Students who are eligible for the examination can apply through the official website of HPBOSE, hpbose.org. The board will conduct the compartment exams in June and July 2026. According to the official notification, students can submit their application without late fee till 1st June 2026. Students who fail to submit within the given deadline will have to pay a late fee for the registration and that is also allowed only till 5th June 2026.
The compartment examination is conducted for students who could not clear one or more subjects in the annual board examination, while the improvement examination allows students to improve their scores in selected subjects.
