RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria & Application Charges

1. Education Qualifications
Candidates applying for these posts should have a BE / B.Tech degree / engineering diploma / B.Sc. in engineering from a recognized university / institute. Technician Grade III Posts for Open Line, Workshop, and Production Units (PUs) Candidates should have passed Class 10 with an ITI certificate in the relevant trade or Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
2. Age Criteria
Candidates applying for the Technician vacancies must ensure that the applicable age limit required for technician grade 1 signal vacancies is from 18 to 33 years and for technician grade 3 is from 18 to 30 years. Age will be calculated from July 1,2026.
3. Application Charges
Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories must pay Rs 500. While SC,ST,OBC candidates must pay Rs 250. The mode of payment will be online.
