RBI Office Attendant Shift Timings 2026: Check Reporting Time, Exam Duration & Date

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is conducting Office Attendant exam on February 28 and March 1 in three shifts. RBI Office Attendant exam 2026 is being conducted to fill 572 vacancies. Aspirants appearing for the exam must be aware of the RBI Office Attendant Shift Timings to plan their travel. Reaching the exam centre on time is crucial, as entry is stictly regulated according to timings mentioned on the admit card. They are required to arrive at least an hour before their allotted shift to complete biometric verification and frisking.

As per the schedule, the RBI Office Attendant shift timings are 9:35 AM to 11:05 AM, 1:05 PM to 2:35 PM, and 4:35 PM to 6:05 PM. The national-level exam will be conducted online at various designated exam centres. The total exam duration is 90 minutes.

RBI Office Attendant Shift Timings 2026

RBI Office Attendant will be held in three shifts, with the morning shift held from 9:35 am to 11:05 am, the afternoon shift from 1:05 pm to 2:35 pm and the evening session from 4:35 pm to 6:05 pm. The total exam duration is 90 minutes. Candidates will get 5 minutes to complete the handwriting sample.

It is important to note that you must arrive at the examination venue at least an hour prior to your shift time to complete the necessary formalities. To do so, you must carry your RBI Office Attendant admit card along with your identity proof and recent passport-size photograph.

RBI Office Attendant Reporting Time

Candidates intending to appear for the examination must reach the exam centre at the allotted time and carry all the required documents. The RBI Office Attendant reporting times are 8:00 AM for the morning shift, 11:20 AM for the afternoon shift, and 3:00 PM for the evening shift.

Note: No entry shall be allowed after the gate closing time or half an hour before the exam timings.

Listed below are the documents that candidates must carry or else they will be debarred from appearing in the exam:

1. Print out of RBI Office Attendant admit card

2. Two recent passport size photographs

3. Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport/PAN Card/Service ID issued by Central/State Governments or PSUs/ ID Card issued by a University/College/School/ Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book from the Ministry of Defense/ Any other government-issued photo ID)

Important Instructions for RBI Attendant Exam Date 2026

• Candidates are not permitted to bring electronic devices (such as mobile phones, headphones, scanners, calculators, or storage devices), watches, books, pens, paper notes, or magazines into the exam centers.

• Carry a printout of the admit card along with a valid identity proof such as (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport/PAN Card/Service ID issued by Central/State Governments etc.

• Reach the venue at least 15-30 minutes before the reporting time.

• No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall once the gate closes. So, make sure to reach the exam venue on time.
