IOCL Apprentice Application Form 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced a total of 405 vacancies for the recruitment of Technician/ Trade/ Graduate Apprentices at its various locations across the country. Interested candidates can now apply online through IOCL's official website- iocl.com. The application process was started from 11 March 2026 and will last till 26 March 2026 (till 05:00 pm).

What are the Steps to Apply for IOCL Apprentice 2026

Interested candidates are advised to register themselves on the Government of India's Apprenticeship Portal (NATS/NAPS) before proceeding with the application process. After registering follow the steps provided below to apply for the IOCL Apprentice 2026:

STEP 1: Visit the official website of IOCL- www.iocl.com.

STEP 2: On the homepage, go to the IndianOil For You > IndianOil For Careers > Apprenticeships.

STEP 3: You will find the link to Register/ Apply at NATS/ NAPS portal.

STEP 4: Click on the relevant link and apply.

STEP 5: Enter your Email address and password, and click on the “Login” button.

IOCL Apprentice Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Diploma or an equivalent qualification in the relevant trade or course from a recognized institution.

IOCL Apprentice Age Limit

Candidates must be between a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 24 years of age, as of 28 February 2026. Age relaxation for reserved categories is as follows:

• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation; maximum age limit: 29 years

• OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation; maximum age limit: 27 years

• PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates will be granted additional age relaxation:

• General PwBD: Up to 10 years

• SC/ST PwBD: Up to 15 years

• OBC-NCL PwBD: Up to 13 years

IOCL Apprentice Selection Process

• Candidates to register successfully on NAPS/NATS portal and applying against the notification shall be considered for the selection process. There will be no written Test/Interview.
• Merit list of all the candidates who have applied against a respective post in the portal and meeting the notified eligibility criteria shall be prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the essential prescribed qualification for the post.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and will have to complete Pre-engagement medical fitness test for being adjudged suitable for engagement.
