HTET Exam 2026: The HTET exam is scheduled to be held on 04 & 05 July 2026. The exam will be conducted for Level I, Level II, & Level III posts. The exam on 04th July will be held for Level III (PGT) posts in the evening session from 03:00 pm to 05:30 pm. The HTET exam for Level II (TGT) and Level I (PRT) posts will be conducted on 05th July in two shifts- morning shift for Level II and evening shift for Level I posts. The candidates who are going to appear for the exam should download their admit cards from the official website of Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) at bseh.org.in. The admit card is important to get entry into the examination hall. No entry will be allowed without the admit card.

The BSEH is the body responsible for conducting the HTET exam 2026. The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test is the qualifying examination which is conducted to assess the candidate’s eligibility to become teacher for Level I, Level II, & Level III teaching positions.

HTET Exam Shift Timings 2026
The HTET exam will be conducted across two days on 04th & 05th July 2026 in single and double shifts, respectively. It will be conducted for Post Graduate Teacher (Level III), Trained Graduate Teacher (Level II), and Primary Teacher (Level I) posts. Check the shift timings here:

HTET Exam 2026 Reporting Time
As per the notice released by the BSEH, the candidates have been asked to reach the examination centre 2 hours 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination so that procedures such as metal detector screening at the main gate, biometrics, thumbprint data capture, and other mandatory formalities can be completed on time.

HTET Exam 2026: Items Allowed Inside Examination Hall
Female candidates will be permitted to wear a bindi, sindoor, and mangalsutra. Baptized Sikh candidates are permitted to carry religious symbols.
Documents to Carry for HTET Exam 2026
The candidates are required to carry the following document to the examination center:

Colour printed copy of e-admit card.

Carry the original photo-identity card, registered at the time of the online application.

Candidates must ensure they carry a colour printout of each of the two sections of the admit card: the 'Centre Copy' and the 'Candidate Copy'. It is mandatory for candidates to affix the same colour photograph, uploaded during registration, onto the admit card, have it attested by a gazetted officer, and carry it to the examination centre.
