TN SSLC Exam 2026: Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations will begin the TN SSLC Exam 2026 today, March 11, 2026. According to the official schedule released, TN SSLC Exam 2026 will be conducted from March 11 to April 6, 2026. The exams will be conducted in a single shift across designated exam centres. Candidates appearing for the exams must make sure they report to their exam centres on time

TN SSLC Exam 2026 will be held in the morning session from 10 AM to 1:15 PM. Since the exams begin at 10 AM, candidates appearing are advised to reach the centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exams. Students will be granted entry into the exam hall half an hour before the exams begin and will be given time to enter all the details in the answer booklet. Candidates will also be provided 15 minutes to read through the exam question paper.

TN SSLC Exam 2026: Exam Day Guidelines and Instructions

Tamil Nadu SSLC Exam 2026 will commence at 10 AM today. It is estimated that approximately 9.09 lakh students are appearing for the TN Class 10 board exams. Candidates are advised to check through the important instructions before leaving for the exam venue.

  • TN SSLC 2026 hall ticket must be carried as a hard copy to the exam centre on all exam days

  • No exam study material is allowed inside the exam hall

  • Students must report to the exam centres at least an hour before the exams begin to make sure there are no delays

  • Mobile phones, tablets, smartphones, smart watches, Bluetooth headphones, pagers, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the exam hall

  • Calculators, log tables and other materials are not allowed inside the exam hall

  • Candidates reporting late to the exam centre will not be allowed to appear for the exams

  • Students are not allowed to leave the exam hall before the exams conclude

  • Students caught cheating will not be allowed to continue with their exams.
