NEET PG Counselling 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released an official notice releasing the revised cut-off scores of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 after lowering of qualifying percentiles. The minimum qualifying percentile cut-off for counseling of the third round of NEET-PG 2025-26 for various categories of candidates has been reduced.
NEET PG Exam 2025 Revised Cut-off Scores
The NEET PG Exam 2025 result was declared on August 19, 2025. Accordingly, the revised qualifying percentiles for NEET-PG 2025, for the academic session 2025–26, are as follows:

NEET PG 2025-26 Revised Cut-Off Important Points
Candidates must take note the following points:
- There is no change to the NEET PG 2025 rank as published in the NBEMS result notification dated August 19, 2025.
- Candidature is purely provisional and subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria outlined in the NEET PG 2025 Information Bulletin, including verification of Face ID/Biometric data where necessary.
- The aggregate mark from all MBBS Professional Examinations or marks obtained in FMGE, as declared by the candidate in their NEET PG application form, will be verified against original credentials by the counseling/admitting authority at the time of admission.
- Scorecards will mention the MBBS/FMGE Aggregate marks provided by the candidates, especially where these marks were used to break a tie in the NEET PG 2025 Rank.
- If the information provided in the NEET PG 2025 application form regarding aggregate marks is found to be incorrect and this criterion was used to resolve a tie, the candidature shall stand cancelled.
- Candidates found to have used unfair means at any stage of the exam will be subject to penal action by NBEMS/MCC/Counseling authority. If such a candidate is declared successful, their results/candidature shall be cancelled or deemed to be cancelled.
