BSEB Releases List of NCTE-Recognised DElEd Institutes at bsebdeled.com
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released a list of the government and non-government training institutes recognised by the NCTE, across the state, affiliated with the board, offering D.El.Ed. programme for the academic session 2026-28 on the official website of the board at bsebdeled.com. The Principal can submit their objection online along with supporting evidence to the email ID from July 13, 2026 to July 15, 2026 till 5 PM.
In a latest announcement, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released a list of the government and non-government training institutes across the state, affiliated with the board, offering D.El.Ed. programme for the academic session 2026-28 on the official website of the board at bsebdeled.com. These institutes are recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) that offer the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
The Board has urged the Principals/Heads of the listed institutes to ensure their details and if they have any objection, the Principal can submit their objection online along with supporting evidence to the email ID coevividhbseb@gmail.com from July 13, 2026 to july 15, 2026 till 5 PM.
The window for submitting objections officially opens today, July 13, 2026 and will close on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 5 PM. It must be noted that objections will only be considered through the online medium till the specified deadline. No submission will be accepted through any other medium.
If no objection is received within the specified timeline regarding the list of training institutions prepared by the Board, it will be assumed that the concerned training institution has no objection to the details uploaded by the Board, hence Principals must verify their approved seat counts immediately.

Bihar Board DElEd Exam Schedule Released for First and Second Year
Additionally, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the examination schedule and the release of admit cards for the external subject examinations of the second year (Session 2024-26) and first year (Session 2025-27) of the D.El.Ed. According to the schedule, the Second Year exams will be conducted from July 24 to 28, 2026 and First Year exams from July 31 to August 7, 2026.
