The Staff Selection Commission is closing the application window for the SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2025 today, June 26 at 11 PM. Interested candidates who are yet to apply can submit their applications at ssc.gov.in. The deadline for the application fee payment is June 27. The application correction facility in the application form will be available from July 1st to 2nd.
This recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 1590 Grade C & D Stenographers posts. Selection will be done based on CBT and Skill Test. The SSC Stenographer Exam Date 2025 are 6th to 11th August.
Candidates from the General and OBC categories are required to pay an examination fee of Rs 100. However, female applicants and candidates belonging to other reserved categories are exempted from paying the fee.

SSC Stenographer Eligibility
Before applying online, aspirants are advised to carefully check the eligibility criteria to avoid cancellation of their candidature.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board or university.
