Candidates found successful in Stage I will be shortlisted for Stage II, i.e. Shorthand Dictation Test. A Dictation of a passage in English of 500 words (approximately) in 05 minutes will be given. Aspirants will take down the dictation in Shorthand and then will transcribe the same on a computer within 30 minutes. It is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) module. The maximum marks shall be 200. The exam duration will be 5 minutes for dictation & 30 minutes for transcription. The minimum qualifying marks will be 160.
