TGPSC CBT Exams and Pratibha Bharati to Improve Transparency
Telangana Public Service Commission is now planning to replace OMR based exams with computer based tests. According to the chairman OMR system has become complicated while CBT exams can make the process smoother and more flexible. Candidates will be able to know their exam scores immediately after the exams which can help improve transparency and reduce delays. All the aspirants are advised to start preparing for CBT exams as most future tests will now follow this format. This means candidates should get familiar with online test practice and computer based exam patterns.
The Commission is all set to launch a new initiative called Pratibha Bharati to connect qualified but non selected candidates with employers. This can also help candidates who perform well in exams but miss final selection due to limited vacancies. It can also give employers access to a pool of verified and capable talent. Overall these steps are aimed at making recruitment faster, fairer and more useful for job seekers in Telangana.
