PSEB Punjab Board Starts Rechecking and Re-evaluation for Class 10th, 12th, Apply at pseb.ac.in

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has started the application process for re-evaluation and rechecking of answer sheets for Class 10th and 12th. Students can apply for rechecking or re-evaluation from the official website at pseb.ac.in. Last date for online fee submission is 25th June. Students who miss the chance, can also apply with a late fee of Rs 1000 until July 9, 2025. Check details here.

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has officially opened the application process for rechecking and re-evaluation of answer sheets for Class 10 (Matriculation) and Class 12 (Senior Secondary) students who appeared in the March 2025 board exams. This initiative is also extended to candidates under the open school and "golden chance" categories.

Students can now apply for rechecking and re-evaluation through the board’s official website at pseb.ac.in. Students need to send apply online, and each student must apply individually. Submissions via schools or institutions will not be accepted.

Students can apply without paying any late fee until June 25, 2025. If you miss this date, you can still apply by July 9, 2025, but you'll need to pay a late fee of Rs 1000. After filling out the form, make sure to upload a printed copy of the application along with the payment receipt by July 15, 2025.

PSEB Rechecking Fee Structure

The fee for rechecking and re-evaluation varies by class:

  • Class 10 (Matriculation): Rs 1200 (re-evaluation) + Rs 220 (certificate fee) = Rs 1420 per subject
  • Class 12 (Senior Secondary): Rs 1600 (re-evaluation) + Rs 270 (certificate fee) = Rs 1870 per subject

PSEB Result 2025: High Pass Percentage

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) announced strong results for the 2025 board exams. In Class 10th, overall 95.61% of students passed. Out of 2,77,746 students who appeared, 2,65,548 cleared the exam.

For Class 12th, the overall pass percentage was 91%. Girls performed better than boys, 94.32% of girls passed, while 88.08% of boys passed. A special highlight this year is that all three transgender students who took the Class 12 exams passed, achieving a 100% pass rate.
