The chances of NEET UG 2026 paper leak has deepened after the Rajasthan Special Operations Group (SOG) launched a detailed investigation into claims of leaked questions and a suspected organised network. According to reports, authorities are now examining whether a larger scale malpractice operation may have impacted the highly competitive medical entrance exam. One of the most serious allegations under probe is that questions worth nearly 600 marks out of 720 reportedly matched a Guess Paper that circulated before the exam. Investigators are trying to determine whether this was a highlight accurate prediction or evidence of an actual leak of NEET question content.

Multi-State Network Under Scanner
The SOG investigation has also pointed toward a possible multi-state racket, with links suspected across Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and other regions. Authorities are tracking the circulation trail of the alleged paper through digital platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Reports suggest that the leaked material was shared in coaching networks and private groups before the exam date.
