NEET UG 2026 Notification LIVE: NTA to Release Registration Form Soon, Application and Fee Details at neet.nta.nic.in

The option of language for the Question Paper must be selected while filling out the Application Form online. It must be noted that for the correctness of the questions in all the question papers, the English version will be taken as final.

The list of cities where NEET UG 2026 will be conducted will be shared along with the official notification. While filling up the Online Application Form, candidates should select three Convenient Cities from the list given as their Choice of Cities for the exam Centre in order of their priority. It must be noted that the choice of Centre Cities will be limited to the State of Permanent Address or State of Present Address only.

• Candidates must be 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of their admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course.
• Upper age limit: There is no upper age limit
• Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) intending to pursue Undergraduate Medical Courses in a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify for NEET (UG)
• The NRI and OCI Applicants/Candidates have to upload a Certificate from the concerned Indian Diplomatic Mission in the country of their residence in support of their claim as an NRI/OCI Candidate, along with their online Application Form and retain the original of such document for producing it at the time of Counselling / Admission to the Courses.

The NEET UG 2026 online registration and application process is likely to commence this week. The link to apply for NEET UG 2026 will be available on the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates must also visit the official website of NTA - nta.ac.in to apply for NEET UG 2026. 

NTA will provide students with the detailed fee structure to register for NEET UG 2026. There will likely be slight changes in the fee as compared to the previous year. The NEET UG Registration fee from 2025 is given below

NEET UG 2026 is conducted for admissions to medical courses across medical colleges and schools across the country. Those who have cleared their class 12 exams and those appearing for the exams in March-April 2026 across various states must visit the official website - neet.nta.nic.in to register and apply for NEET UG 2026. The complete eligibility criteria to apply for the medical entrance will be provided in the information bulletin along with the official notification. 

Considering the previous year's trends, it is likely that the NEET UG 2026 exams will be conducted in the first week of May 2026. Last year the NEET UG Exam was held on May 4, 2025 (Sunday). It is likely that the NEET UG 2026 exam will be held on May 3, 2026 (Sunday)

The National Testing Agency is likely to issue the schedule for NEET UG 2026 entrance examinations. The registration and application link will be live on the official website neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have cleared their class 12 exams are eligible to apply.
