In addition to the merit list, the board has also released the vacant seat matrix for MBBS and BDS courses by colleges and subjects. The registered candidates are now required to fill up new choices from October 4 to October 7, 2026 (up to 11:59 PM).

It should be noted that all those candidates whose names are included in the revised state merit list will have to enter new choices, because the options chosen in the previous counselling sessions are no longer valid. It is recommended that candidates consider the availability of seats in government and private medical colleges on the basis of category-wise seat matrix prior to making their final choices.
