JEE Main 2026 Revised Dates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 1 revised schedule. Candidates will need to visit the official website of JEE Main 2026 to check the revised date sheet at jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA released the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip today, January 8, 2026.
According to the latest notification, the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exams will now be held from January 21 to January 29, 2026. Previously, the exams were supposed to end on January 30, 2026. The revised schedule crops the exam window by one day.
After NTA released JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip on January 8, 2026, candidates will need to make necessary arrangements for their travel to the exam city. Moving on, the agency will release the JEE Main Hall Ticket 2026 soon. It is expected to be released approximately 4 to 5 days before the exam.

JEE Main 2026 Admit Card Release Date and Time
The NTA is expected to release the JEE Main 2026 Admit Card online soon. The JEE Main 2026 city slip was released today, January 8, 2026. According to the protocol, the agency is likely to publish the admit card approximately 4 to 5 days before the exam. As per the JEE Main 2026 revised schedule, the exams will start on January 21, 2026 and end on January 29, 2026. Accordingly, the hall tickets are expected by mid-January 2026. The admit card is the only document that candidates need to carry to the exam centre in order to appear for the exams. The credentials required to download the JEE Main 2026 January session admit card are application number and password.
